What banner materials can I choose from, and how do they differ?

Options include 13 oz. matte vinyl (durable, reduced glare) and UV printed fabric (soft, non-glare look). Availability may vary by model; Standard supports both.

Do you offer double-sided retractable banners?

Yes, Deluxe 33" x 81" is available in one- or double-sided. Standard and Premium are one-sided.

Can I add lighting to the banner stand? Which options fit which sizes?

Yes, 2 LED light kits are available. Compatibility and pricing vary by size/model (e.g., add-ons exist for 33" x 81" and select larger widths; Deluxe has its own LED kits).

What are the turnaround options, and will a proof slow my order?

Turnaround: 3-4 business days, Next Business Day, or Same Day. Choosing an email proof (adds $10) may affect production start until you approve.

How are the graphics printed, and what finish should I expect?

Full-color digital printing. Vinyl is a 13 oz matte face (low glare); fabric is UV-printed for crisp color and a non-gloss finish.

Is there a black stand option?

Yes, Standard 33" x 81" is available with a Black aluminium stand variant.

Can the graphic be replaced later, or is it fixed in the base?

The cassettes are not intended for frequent swaps. Re-skinning may be possible on a case-by-case basis; request a service quote if needed.
