– Aluminum that does not rust and resists weather for at least five years. It is also available in reflective aluminium for signs that require an additional color to pop-out of the design.
– Our corrugated plastic is waterproof and comes with UV protection for long-term outdoor use.

Available in 3 standard sizes of property signs, with 36″x24″ as the largest and 24″x18″ in medium sizes. Holes drilled in all corners or in the lower upper and/or middle corners and grommets to hang the mark in the upper or all corners. 3/4″ rounded corners for smoother edges and appearance.

Which material is best for outdoor property signs?

Use 3/16" corrugated plastic for short-term or budget yard use, standard aluminum for long-term, rustproof outdoor signs, and reflective aluminum when you need night-time visibility (e.g., driveways, parking, security). All are rigid; aluminum options outlast corrugated plastic in sun and weather.

Can you print property signs on both sides?

Yes. Choose Full Color Both Sides for visibility from two directions (streets, driveways, walkways). If you only need one viewing angle (wall or fence mounting), select Full Color Front, Blank Back. Back-side file upload appears only when you choose two-sided.

What drilling and corner options do you offer for mounting?

Drilling choices: No Drilling, All Corners, Top Corners, or Top & Bottom Center (for posts or chain). Rounded corners are optional at 3/4" radius to reduce sharp edges and snagging; leave square corners if you need edge-to-edge coverage or tight fitting.

How durable are the prints and finishes outdoors?

We direct-print in full color with weatherable inks. Aluminum and reflective aluminum withstand long-term UV, rain, and temperature swings; corrugated plastic is weather-resistant but best for medium-term use. Rounded corners help reduce corner wear; drilled holes prevent cracking from DIY drilling.

What sizes are available, and will they fit standard posts or fences?

Standard sizes are 18" x 12", 24" x 18", and 36" x 24". These common formats mount well on T-posts, U-channel posts, and fences. Pick a drilling pattern that matches your hardware; for wall mounting, “Top Corners” or “All Corners” simplifies installation.

How fast can I get my property signs?

Production options are 5 business days or a 3-business-day rush. Times are for manufacturing and start after artwork approval; shipping transit is additional. Order early if you need permitting or on-site approvals.

How do I set up and upload my artwork?

Upload your front file under “Front Side.” If you select two-sided printing, a “Back Side” upload appears. Keep critical text clear of drill locations and at least 0.25" from edges (more if using rounded corners). High-resolution PDFs/PNGs with embedded fonts and CMYK color work best.

Are reflective aluminum signs code compliant for traffic or safety use?

They provide high night-time visibility, but code requirements (MUTCD, local ordinances, fire lane specs) vary. If you need enforced or permit-ready signage, confirm size, reflectivity grade, colors, and legends with your authority having jurisdiction before ordering.
