Our rounded corner business cards are available in different sizes. We have 2″ x 2″ cards for those who want a square card but also offer them in 3.5″ x 1.75″ and 3.5″ x 2″ rectangles. There is also a standard business card size (3.5″ x 2″) single rounded corner option.

Round corner business cards are printed on thick 14 pt. cardstock (with an option of having one or both sides printed with gloss coating). Speaking of coating, you have the option of picking how glossy your cards are. Matte aqueous coating has the least shine while high gloss UV coating makes your cards super shiny. Gloss aqueous coating is somewhere in the middle which makes it a safe bet if you?re unsure how glossy you want your cards to be.

Rounded Corner Business Cards FAQs

What sizes can I get for rounded corner business cards?

Options include 2" x 2" square (rounded corners), 3.5" x 1.75" slim (rounded corners), 3.5" x 2" standard (rounded corners), and a 3.5" x 2" card with only one corner rounded.

What’s the difference between 14pt and 16pt cardstock?

Both are premium cover stocks; 16pt is thicker and stiffer, ideal for a more rigid feel. 14pt is slightly lighter and is available in gloss options (gloss on 1 or 2 sides) for a shinier look.

Is the coating on both sides or just the front?

You choose a front finish: Gloss Front, Matte Front, or High Gloss UV Front (extra shiny). The back stays as the paper finish unless you pick a “14pt Cardstock, Gloss 2 sides” stock, which gives the back a gloss paper surface.

Can I write on these cards, and which finish is best?

Yes. For easiest writing, use a matte or uncoated back (ballpoint pens work best). High Gloss UV is not recommended for writing; regular gloss can resist ink or smudge.

Do you print double-sided, and how do I upload files?

Yes, choose “Full color both sides.” You’ll upload a Front Side file, and a Back Side upload field appears only when double-sided is selected.

What quantities and turnarounds are available?

Quantities run from 25 up to 100,000. Production turnarounds are 2, 3, or 5 business days, depending on your selection; timing is for production only and starts after file approval.

What is the “single rounded corner” option used for?

It rounds only one corner on a 3.5" x 2" card. It’s a design-forward cue to show orientation, highlight a logo corner, or make the card stand out while keeping three square corners.
