Choose 8–96 pages in 4-page increments. Page counts are listed as “Cover + inside pages” (e.g., 8 pages = cover + 4 inside pages). Saddle-stitched catalogs must be in multiples of 4.

What catalog sizes are available, and how does left-edge vs top-edge binding affect layout?

Sizes: 4" x 9", 4.75" x 4.75", 5.5" x 8.5", 6" x 6", 6" x 9", 6" x 10.5", 8.5" x 11", 9" x 12", 12" x 12". Left-edge binding opens like a book; top-edge binding flips upward (useful for calendars or pads).

What paper stocks can I use for inside pages vs the cover?

Inside pages: 70 lb Uncoated, 80 lb Paper, or 100 lb Paper. Covers: 10 pt Gloss Cardstock, 14 pt Gloss, 14 pt Matte, or 14 pt High Gloss UV Cardstock for added rigidity and durability.

Which coatings are available, and where do they apply?

Inside pages can be Gloss or Matte on both sides (options depend on the selected text stock). Covers can be Gloss, Matte, or High Gloss UV on both sides; a “High Gloss UV Front, Gloss Back” option is also available on select cover stocks.

Is printing full color throughout the catalog?

Yes. Printing is full color on both sides of every page and the cover (CMYK process).

What are the order quantities and production times?

Quantities range from 25 to 10,000. Turnarounds offered are 3 Business Days or Next Business Day (after print-ready approval).

Are there limits with saddle-stitch binding (thickness and page count)?

Saddle stitching supports up to 96 pages. Heavier papers add bulk; for higher page counts or very thick books, expect more fold “creep” and tighter trim tolerances.

How should I set up files for best results?

Provide a single, multi-page PDF in reading order, 300 dpi images, CMYK color, 0.125" bleed on all sides, and at least 0.25" safe margins. Choose the correct binding edge (left or top) so folios and artwork orient correctly.

Can I make a slim 4" x 9" catalog, and does binding change?

Yes. 4" x 9" is available and is saddle-stitched like other sizes. You can choose left-edge or top-edge binding to match your layout style.

When should I choose uncoated vs gloss vs matte vs high gloss UV?

Uncoated text is best for easy writing and a soft look. Gloss text boosts color pop and shine; Matte text reduces glare. For covers, 14 pt Matte gives a refined, low-glare feel; Gloss adds vibrancy; High Gloss UV gives a very slick, highly scuff-resistant finish.
