What’s the difference between the shirt styles and fabrics you offer?

Pick from everyday cotton and performance polyester: Gildan Adult T‑Shirt, Hanes Tagless, and Bella+Canvas Jersey (soft, ringspun cotton; great for casual wear), or Sport‑Tek Competitor (lightweight, moisture‑wicking polyester; ideal for team/fitness use). Colors vary by style, including brights like Neon Yellow and basics like Black and White.

What printing process is “4‑Color Process,” and can you match Pantone exactly?

We print in full‑color CMYK (4‑color process), which is ideal for photos and gradients. It’s not spot‑color screen printing, so exact Pantone matching isn’t guaranteed; convert artwork to CMYK and expect minor shifts, especially on bright/neon or dark garments.

How big can my design be, and can I print on both front and back?

Max imprint is 12" W x 12" H. Choose Front, Back, or Front and Back. Printing both sides adds to cost (the back print adds about 40% to the total). Leave a 0.5" safe margin inside the 12" x 12" area to avoid clipping around seams.

What file setup gives the best print quality?

Supply artwork at actual size (up to 12" x 12") at 300 DPI. Use CMYK color mode. Preferred formats: PNG (transparent background), PDF, AI, or high‑res TIFF. Outline fonts, flatten transparencies, and avoid fine lines under 1–2 pt. Remove unnecessary backgrounds for cleaner edges.

What’s the turnaround and are there size or placement upcharges?

Standard production is 6 business days after artwork approval. Sizes run Small–4XL; 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL carry approximate surcharges of +10%, +20%, and +30%. Adding a back print increases the total by about 40%.
