You can create different shaped business cards like circle, rounded corners, half circle, single rounded corner, leaf, or oval will be refreshing to your customer?s eyes who are used to seeing the same-old designs. And because your cards will be printed on thick 14 pt. cardstock, you can be sure that your cards will be anything but flimsy.

We also offer coating options that make your cards even more special. Add a little shine with matte coating (or be a little more generous and pick gloss coating instead). For something that truly pops, our high gloss UV coating will give your cards the most shine. The coating also adds a layer of protections against dust and fingerprints.

What die-cut shapes and sizes can I choose from?

2" x 3.5" Oval, 2" x 2" Round, 2" x 3.5" Leaf, 2" x 3.5" Rounded Corner, and 2.5" x 2.5" Rounded Corner.

What’s the difference between 14pt and 16pt cardstock?

Both are premium cover stocks; 16pt is thicker and stiffer for a more rigid feel, while 14pt is slightly lighter and more flexible. Both support UV gloss or matte finishes.

Which coating/finish options are available, and are they writable?

UV Gloss (front only or both sides) and Matte. UV Gloss is high-shine and scuff-resistant but not ideal for writing; Matte is low-glare and more writable (fine-tip permanent markers work best on UV if needed).

What rounded corner options do you offer?

Choose 2 or 4 rounded corners with either 1/8" (tighter curve) or 1/4" (softer curve) corner radius. A 1/4" radius gives a more pronounced rounded look.

How should I set up my file for custom die-cut shapes?

Use CMYK at 300 dpi with 1/8" (0.125") bleed. Keep critical text 1/8" inside the trim. Supply a vector cut path on a separate layer as a spot color named “Cut” (set to overprint). Convert fonts to outlines and embed images. Upload front and back PDFs.

Can you print on both sides, and can coating be applied to one or both sides?

Yes. You can print one side or both. UV Gloss can be applied to the front only or both sides; choose Matte if you need more writeability on either side.

What are the order quantities and turnaround?

Standard quantities: 250, 500, 1000, 2500, 5000, 10000. Typical production time is 7 business days (transit time not included).

Both. Upload your own design files, or select Custom design (+$75) and our team will create the layout for you based on your content and brand direction.
