LED Light Box FAQs

What sizes and frame colors can I order?

Choose from 18" x 24", 22" x 28", 24" x 36", and 36" x 48". Frames are available in Silver or Black. Units can be mounted portrait or landscape.

What’s the difference between “No Insert” and “Backlit Film”?

No Insert ships the illuminated frame only. Backlit Film adds a printed, translucent PET graphic optimized for LED light boxes so colors stay rich and even when lit. Printing is single-sided (front only).

How is the artwork printed and illuminated?

Graphics are printed on translucent backlit film for high ink density and diffusion. The frame uses edge-lit LEDs with a light guide panel to spread light evenly across the image.

How do I change the graphic and how should I set up my file?

Snap open the frame edges, lift the clear lens, place the backlit film, and snap closed. Upload a single “Front Side” file at final size (CMYK, 150–300 dpi). Keep critical content at least 0.25" from the edge to avoid the frame clamp area.

What’s included and how is it powered?

Includes the LED light box with clear protective lens and a low-voltage power adapter (plugs into a standard outlet). Mounting screws/anchors are typically site-specific and not included. Operates cool and energy-efficient.

Can you do same-day production, and what are the order limits?

Yes, select “Same Day” at checkout for rush production; otherwise choose 1 Business Day. Quantities run from 1 to 10 per order. Artwork must be print-ready to meet deadlines; shipping/pickup timing depends on carrier and location.
