What sizes can I print my magazine in?

Choose from 5.5" x 8.5", 6" x 9", 6" x 10.5", or 8.5" x 11". All are printed full color on both sides and saddle-stitched.

What paper stocks are available for inside pages vs. the cover?

Inside pages: 70 lb uncoated, 80 lb coated, or 100 lb coated. Covers: 10 pt gloss or 14 pt gloss/matte/high-gloss UV cardstock. Heavier cover stocks add rigidity and durability.

Do the listed page counts include the cover, and must they be in multiples of 4?

Yes. Options run from 8 to 96 pages and are shown as “Cover + interior pages.” Saddle-stitched books are produced in multiples of 4 pages only.

What binding do you use and what’s the practical page limit?

Saddle stitching (staples through the fold). Supported page ranges are 8–96 pages; beyond that, consider a different bind style due to bulk and page creep.

What coating/finish options can I choose for the cover and inside?

Inside pages (coated stocks): gloss or matte. Covers: gloss or matte, plus High Gloss UV on both sides or UV front with standard gloss back for extra shine and scuff resistance.

Can you add tabs or drill holes for mailing or filing?

Yes. Tabbing options include single, double, or triple tabs. Hole drilling is available as single or three holes with placement at top center/left/right or left side (middle/bottom). Confirm placement with your mailer or binder.

What are the turnaround options and order quantities?

Turnaround ranges from Same Day to 7 business days. Quantities start at 25 and go up to 25,000+, with pricing that scales by run size and options.

How should I set up files for best results?

Export a PDF with 0.125" bleed, CMYK color, and 300 dpi images. Supply single pages in reading order (no printer spreads). Keep live content 0.25" inside trim and away from the fold.

Do you offer shrink-wrapping or additional folding?

Yes. You can request shrink wrapping for bundled sets and an optional half fold for distribution or mailing prep.
