What sizes do you offer, and how do they fold?

Flat sizes: 4.25" x 11", 5.5" x 8.5", 6" x 9", 6" x 12", and 7" x 10". When “Score in half” is selected, the long dimension is halved (e.g., 7" x 10" scores to a 5" x 7" card).

What paper stocks are available and how do they differ?

14 pt Cardstock (sturdy, premium thickness) and 12 pt Cardstock - Semi Glossy (slightly lighter with a smooth, semi-gloss surface). Rush turnarounds typically use the 12 pt Semi Glossy stock.

Can you print on both sides, and will the inside be easy to write on?

Yes, choose Print front only or Print both sides. For handwriting, pick Matte finish or Glossy front only (leaves the inside less slick). Glossy both sides is less pen-friendly.

What finish should I choose, glossy or matte?

Glossy (front only or both sides) boosts photo vibrancy and shine; Matte reduces glare, gives a softer look, and is better for signatures and messages.

Do you score and fold the cards?

“Score in half” adds a crease for a clean, crack-free fold on thick stock. Cards ship flat; the score makes hand-folding quick and tidy.

Which envelopes are compatible?

A7 - White Woven envelopes are available and fit the 7" x 10" card when scored to 5" x 7". Other sizes do not have matching envelope options in this product.

How fast can you produce them, and does speed limit options?

Turnarounds: 5, 3, Next Business Day, or Same Business Day. Rush (Next/Same Day) may limit paper/finish choices (commonly to 12 pt Semi Glossy and select coatings).

How should I set up my artwork files?

Provide CMYK, 300 dpi PDFs. Include 0.125" bleed on all sides and keep key text 0.125" inside the trim. For scored cards, orient panels correctly and keep text clear of the score line to avoid cracking.
