placed our second order, this time for double-sided postcards and brochures. Just to get, unfortunately, a printed side and no verse … and when we called to find out why they told us it was our fault for choosing the single. when we worked on both sides clearly, and even when we did a preview, it showed both sides of the card design. The design page is misleading and even the girl I talked to admitted it was misleading and they knew of its failure. But, instead of saying “ok”, we will fulfill your order correctly, since you thought you were receiving a bidirectional order, we were offered a 25% discount on new orders, spending more money that our small business can’t really afford. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT RETURN. CAUTION, MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU REALLY ORDER … VERY INSUFFICIENT AFTER SERVICE.
